The Yoga Space provides classes to support you throughout the cycle of life with Kids, Pre Natal, Post Natal, Active Birth, Menopause, Vinyasa and Yin Classes.
Parent and baby Yoga – Mondays 11am – 12pm.
Yoga for Parents is for postnatal mums, babies (up to crawling) as well as dads. A 10 week course offer a flowing style of yoga, focusing on core strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Kids Yoga – Wednesdays 4:15pm (approximately 45 minutes).
As a non-competitive form of exercise, yoga gives children the physical benefits of traditional school sports in a safe and supportive environment while also teaching them valuable skills for relaxation and concentration. Yoga can increase your child’s flexibility, balance, strength and coordination, aiding healthy childhood development. It has also been shown to help children with disturbed sleeping patterns, bad posture, lethargy, obesity, asthma, and poor concentration.
