The Fruit Corner is a charming family run orchard in the Perth Hills, where you can pick your own fresh locally grown fruit and veggies.

The first time we went was peak apple season and we had a wonderful time picking apples (11kg!), grapefruit and chillies.

We decided to venture out again this last weekend picking tomatoes, plums, eggplant and more chillies! It was much quieter this time around which allowed us to enjoy some time relaxing in between the apple trees with the little ones.

If you don’t manage to pick enough or just prefer not to pick your own then a wide range of produce is available for sale at the corner shed.

Keep your eye on the Facebook page for updates on what is ripe for the picking, I hear the apples should be ready from April.
