We’re inviting mums to join us for an afternoon to put their personal health back on the map, learn safe ways to regain your abdominal strength, set some personal health goals, get tips from a personal fashion stylist, and gain practical tools for managing stress and unwinding for relaxation and rejuvenation. There’ll be some yoga, meditation, fun activities and a load of things to make you feel good inside and out.
Its an active session, in a nurturing environment and will leave you feeling refocused, relaxed and pretty darn happy with yourself.
