The Marvel Universe will unite at Federation Square and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, bringing together the Marvel stories, characters and worlds we know and love ahead of the much-anticipated in-cinema release of Avengers: Infinity War.
The free event will feature a Marvel Training Zone, where attendees can take on the Marvel Avengers Training Course, work as a team to solve the Avengers Puzzle Challenge, take their best shot in the Hawkeye Target Practice, battle it out at the Marvel Nerf Zone and pose like a hero with Thor’s hammer and Captain America’s shield.
Located in ACMI, attendees will also have the chance to create their own comic, test out the latest tech products, pose with the Infinity Gauntlet and experience Black Panther in augmented reality. Costume characters will be performing shows in the Lightwell and there will be opportunities to pose for a photo with Spider-Man, Thor, Black Widow, Iron Man and Captain America.
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed up as their favourite Marvel hero for their chance to win a prize at the kids and adults costume competitions, which will take place at 2.00pm and 3.00pm. There will also be a Marvel pop-up shop to purchase never before seen merchandise.
