Kangatraining  is the ultimate workout for mummies and babies. Baby spends most of the class in a sling/carrier, where they usually fall asleep with the rocking motion of movement to music.

Kangatraining  is a complete dance based workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced.

Two Pop Up Classes will run Tuesday (17/1 and 24/1) 10am at Glenmore Park Community Centre – Bring a friend and pay only $5 each!

Term 1 dates-
Tuesdays 10 am Glenmore Park Community Centre- from 31/1- 14/3
Thursdays 1030 am Emu Plains Community Centre- from 2/2-16/3

This is a short, seven week term, as the instructor will be going on Maternity Leave for the expected arrival of the New Kanga Joey in late April. Classes should be returning in mid-July 2017, with the school term, keep an eye on their Facebook page for more details.
