EPICURE’s Executive Pastry Chef Deniz Karaca and his talented team will have spent hundreds of hours over several months to bring his Gingerbread Village vision to life. Recognisable landmarks such as the Melbourne Town Hall, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Flemington racecourse, Luna Park and F1 Grand Prix, will be connected by a 30-metre long Christmas railway; a feature no gingerbread village should be without.

Now in its seventh year, it simply wouldn’t be Christmas in Melbourne without it. Returning to the Melbourne Town Hall on December 1, to delight both the young and younger at heart, right through until Christmas Eve.

The Gingerbread Village has already raised over $100,000 in donations. This year proceeds will be going to the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
