The Carnegie Library is a hub for entertaining babies and toddlers, with a bright play space at the library entrance and a wonderful kids corner inside.

The shaded outdoor playground features a giant colourful book worm that children can climb, balance, listen to sounds and also learn sign language from the visual displays.

Inside the library families can discover a spacious ‘Kids’ Place’ reading corner surrounded by books for all ages, sit and read a story in one of the police and fire truck book shelves, theres also a Mega Block building wall, dress ups and bean bags.

Many activities and storytime sessions are run weekly for children, see the Carnegie Library website for days and times.
