Juggling children around your workouts is possible with Blue Sky Health & Fitness making your children part of the workout! Even if you don’t have kids, you are more than welcome to join.
Outdoor workout sessions are an hour long and provide an ALL OVER BODY workout. Each workout is different, so that you are always challenging your body to do different combo’s and different moves. All classes combine fun and effective moves to help you achieve your goals, so that you walk away feeling energised!
