From past to the present, Barangaroo is a place of spiritual and cultural significance. Barangaroo’s School Holiday Program is a fun and engaging way to immerse kids in the Aboriginal cultural heritage of this rediscovered area of Sydney Harbour.
The program provides an introduction to Barangaroo the woman, Barangaroo the reserve, Aboriginal languages, traditional painting, dreaming stories and Aboriginal symbols.
Kids will get the chance to try out some traditional painting techniques on their own cardboard Boomerang or candle holder to take home.
